Just to give an idea of what I eat for my diet, I'm going to write down what I ate today. For brunch I made an omelette with bacon, tomatoes and green onion with a side of creme fraiche to dip in.
Tonight we ate grilled pork, spanish chorizo sausages, halloumi cheese, with my homemade mashed cauliflower, and bernaise sauce. Then for dessert I had some LCHF chocolate ice cream from Alvesta.
I've never had or made mashed cauliflower before. I saw on the LCHF websites that it's recommend as a replacement for mashed potatoes. I had to adjust the recipe to my own style, and I have to admit it's pretty tastey.
